The return to office process this summer/fall is going to be a tricky one. I was able to lend my POV, along with Kate Lister from Global Workplace Analytics, Jessica Hawthorne SVP of the California Employers Association, and Yvette Lee, Knowledge Advisor for
Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM), for this Life Annuity Specialist article.

This next transition is one that needs to be led with empathy and an understanding that there will be many unique employee situations that will need to be worked through on an individual basis. Even though so many of us want the certainty of a normal routine again, that is not something we can count on... yet.

Also, as Kate includes points out, providing flexible work options has transitioned from a way to attract talent to a significant factor in retaining talent.
